We’re growing — and we’re looking for motivated individuals to join our 2nd Shift Production Team in Chilton, WI. If you bring a positive attitude, we’ll provide all the training you need to build a rewarding, long‑term career with us.

What You’ll Do

As a Facility Operator, you’ll be part of several key areas of our manufacturing process:

Operate brewing, evaporating, or drying equipment
Weigh, measure, mix, and pack food ingredients following specific formulas
Operate forklifts to move product between warehouse and production areas
Load/unload bulk products and transfer materials between facilities
Take product samples and perform basic lab testing
Complete production, inventory, receiving, and sanitation records
Perform sanitation tasks and light maintenance
Monitor equipment, troubleshoot issues, and make minor adjustments
Follow work orders and standard operating procedures
Participate in team meetings and support safety, quality, and GMP standards

Pay & Schedule

Starting Wage: $25.50/hour
Shift Premium: +$1.00/hour for 2nd Shift

Hours:
Monday–Friday
4:00pm–Midnight
