Full Job Description

KidzJet is looking to hire an office manager for our San Mateo office.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Monitor vehicles and all trips real-time and effectively co-ordinate pick ups and drop offs.
Manage driver schedules, keep a track for drivers' working hours and vehicle usage.
Answer calls regarding status of trips and to schedule new trips. Manage records and logs of trips scheduled.

Data entry, Payroll, Time sheets for drivers
Identify potential problems and warning signs.
Serve as an emergency contact for drivers in the field. Be willing to drive if needed.

Requirements

Quick decision making skills, especially under pressure
Dispatch experience of working in a logistics company for example food delivery
Good computer skills - MS Office and data entry experience is a must. Knowledge of accounting software is a plus.
Possess good communications skills
Clean background and driving record is a must.
