Position Overview

We're hiring MIG Welders for our Attachments welding department. You'll weld standard and heavy-duty tractor and skid steer attachments — grapples, brush cutters, snow pushers, hoppers, and smooth buckets — built for our own proprietary brands and for third-party partners. This is real production welding on products you can point to in the field.

What you'll do

MIG weld steel components and assemblies for skid steer and tractor attachments
Work from prints, weld symbols, and fixtures to produce parts that meet spec
Weld-out weldments ranging from brackets to complete attachment frames
Inspect your own welds for quality, penetration, and appearance
Grind, clean, and prep weldments for powder coat
Maintain a safe, organized work area and follow all safety procedures
Hit production and quality targets as part of the welding team

What you'll need

Proven MIG welding experience (production, fabrication, or vocational training)
Ability to read prints and basic weld symbols
Ability to pass a hands-on weld test
Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for a full shift
Attention to detail and pride in producing clean, strong welds
Dependable attendance and a team-first attitude

Preferred

2+ years of production MIG welding on heavy plate or structural steel
Experience welding attachments, ag equipment, or similar heavy fabrications
Fitting/fixturing experience
Overhead crane experience

Schedule

This is a full-time, on-site position. Production hours run 5:00 AM - 1:00 PM, Monday - Friday.

Compensation & Benefits

$30 - $40 per hour, based on experience and weld test performance
