What You’ll Do:
- Greet and check in guests with warmth and enthusiasm
- Brief teams with clear instructions and high energy
- Monitor games and deliver clues to keep the experience engaging
- Reset escape rooms quickly and accurately between groups
- Maintain a clean and welcoming space (rooms, lobby, restrooms)
- Assist with small repairs and prop replacements as needed
- Work collaboratively with your teammates to deliver top-notch experiences
A day in the life: You'll run games behind the scenes, deliver fun and helpful hints live, and reset puzzles to perfection, all while keeping energy high and guests happy.
What We’re Looking For:
- Friendly, outgoing personality
- Strong communication and storytelling skills
- Quick thinker with great attention to detail
- Dependable and able to follow procedures precisely
- Available evenings, weekends, and sometimes on short notice
- Comfortable standing, walking, and doing light cleaning during shifts

Scheduling Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Opening shifts generally begin at 11:00 AM
- Closing shifts may run as late as 11:00 PM on weekdays and Sundays and as late as 12:30 AM on Fridays and Saturdays
- This position is not suitable for applicants seeking only 2 to 3 hour shifts. Team members are scheduled for full opening or closing shifts, which typically range from 4 to 7 hours.
