Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and organized Front Desk Associate to be the friendly face of our establishment. In this vital role, you will manage guest check-ins and check-outs, handle inquiries, and ensure smooth daily operations. Your positive attitude and excellent communication skills will create memorable experiences for our guests while supporting the overall efficiency of our front office.

Duties

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures using efficient office management software.
Answer multi-line phone systems promptly, providing accurate information or directing calls to appropriate staff.
Manage reservations, cancellations, and guest requests with attention to detail using booking and scheduling tools.
Maintain organized records through data entry, filing, and updating spreadsheets to ensure accurate guest information.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest needs, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining professional phone etiquette.
Support office operations by handling clerical tasks such as proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and supporting team members.
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure rooms are prepared for new guests and facilities are well-maintained.

Requirements

Proven experience in office management, front desk operations, or administrative support within hospitality or or other customer service oreinted settings.
Strong computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), and familiarity with reservation systems is prefered.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with multi-line phone systems, data entry, filing, and calendar management is essential.
Demonstrated customer service excellence with strong phone communication skills and professional etiquette.
Technical proficiency in office equipment such as printers, scanners, and booking systems is required.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
