Full Job Description

Overview
We are seeking a skilled Fabricator/Welder to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in welding and fabrication, demonstrating proficiency in various techniques and the ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics. This role is essential in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety on construction sites.

Duties

Interpret and read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to understand project specifications.
Perform stick welding, mig, and other welding techniques to fabricate metal components.
Utilize machining tools to shape and finish metal parts as required.
Work with structural steel to create various structures and components according to specifications.
Ensure all welds meet industry codes and standards for quality assurance.
Collaborate with team members on construction sites to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining safety protocols.
Conduct regular inspections of equipment and work areas to ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Experience

Proven experience in welding and fabrication, with a strong understanding of codes and standards related to the industry.
Familiarity with blueprint reading and interpretation is essential.
Experience with stick welding, machining, and working with structural steel is highly desirable.
Previous experience in a construction site environment is preferred but not mandatory.
Ideal candidate will have at least a 3G stick welding certification
