About Us

Rosa y Marigold is a Peruvian restaurant in Boston's Back Bay neighborhood, part of a small, woman-run, immigrant-owned restaurant group with locations across the city. We're looking for someone to help our newest location grow its presence, bring in more guests, and build a stronger connection with the neighborhood.

What You'll Do

Run our social media accounts
Respond to comments, messages, and reviews
Help plan and promote events at the restaurant (happy hours, live music, private parties, holiday specials) to bring in new guests
Do local outreach — connecting with neighborhood groups, local influencers, bloggers, and businesses nearby
Help with basic marketing tasks like email newsletters, flyers, or simple graphics
General support with day-to-day tech and admin needs
Track what's working (likes, follows, reservations from social media) and share simple updates

What We're Looking For

Comfortable with posting, stories, and basic editing
Creative eye for photos and videos of food, events, and the restaurant space
Organized, reliable, and able to work somewhat independently
Friendly and comfortable reaching out to people (local partnerships, press, influencers)
Bonus: experience working in or with restaurants

An easygoing person who's excited to become part of the team — we're a small, close-knit group and treat each other like family
Must be adaptable to all the hectic curveballs that come with owning a small business
No specific previous experience required, we want someone driven and passionate, and who cares about our team and story; look online, see our website and see if you think you'll vibe with us!

Schedule & Pay

Part-time to full-time, flexible schedule — some evening/weekend availability helpful for events
Pay based on experience
Some in-person time at the restaurant preferred, remote work possible for content/planning
