Job Overview

We are looking for someone with recent dental experience so please do not apply unless you have this! We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Front Office Assistant to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will deliver exceptional guest services, manage front desk operations, and ensure a smooth and efficient experience for all visitors and team members. Your enthusiasm, professionalism, and multitasking skills will contribute to creating a positive environment that reflects our commitment to hospitality excellence. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your customer service expertise while working in a vibrant, fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

Greet guests and visitors warmly, providing outstanding customer service and assistance throughout their stay or visit
Manage check-in and check-out procedures using Open Dental Software and POS (Point of Sale) systems for payments
Handle incoming calls, emails, texts and inquiries promptly, directing them appropriately to ensure seamless communication
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area, ensuring a professional appearance at all times
Process credit card payments securely and accurately for services rendered or reservations made
Support guest relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts efficiently, and ensuring guest satisfaction
Assist with administrative tasks such as maintaining financial records, scheduling appointments, and updating patient information
Collaborate with our Front Office Manager to create an efficient and welcoming environment.
Contribute to a welcoming environment by supporting hospitality services like food service or event setup when required

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for administrative tasks
Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle conflicts professionally and courteously
Detail Oriented
Great Attitude and willingness to learn
Capable of maintaining financial records accurately and managing credit card transactions securely
Demonstrated team leadership skills to support a collaborative work environment
