Join Blue Sky Bank’s team as a Loan Processor in Tulsa, OK!

Ensure accuracy. Support lending operations. Deliver compliant loan processing.

As a Loan Processor, you will play a vital role in supporting the Bank’s lending operations by processing commercial, consumer, and real estate loans. This position requires strong attention to detail, regulatory knowledge, and organizational skills to ensure all loans are prepared accurately and in compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to support efficient loan closings and funding.

What You’ll Do

Loan Processing & Documentation

Process and prepare loan documents for commercial, consumer, and real estate loans using LaserPro and DecisionPro
Review attorney-prepared loan documents for accuracy prior to closing and funding
Identify loan policy exceptions and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
Upload, scan, and maintain loan documentation within core systems

Closing Coordination & Loan Support

Coordinate with title companies to facilitate real estate closings
Order and manage required third-party services, including:
Title work
Flood certifications
Credit reports
Appraisals and appraisal reviews
Initiate funding entries and support loan disbursement processes

Collateral & Filing Management

Perform UCC/EFS searches and complete required filings
File mortgages and deeds of trust
Ensure proper lien placement for titled collateral
Maintain accurate records of filings and collateral documentation

Compliance, Risk & Quality Assurance

Stay current on banking regulations, policies, and procedures
Ensure all loan processing activities comply with internal and regulatory requirements
Recognize and escalate red flags, including fraud, scams, and suspicious activity
Maintain accuracy and completeness of all loan files

Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related business field preferred
Experience: 3–5 years of loan processing experience
Strong knowledge of loan processing procedures and documentation
Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation
High level of professionalism and integrity
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Strong attention to detail and work ethic
Flexible, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning
