Founded in St. Augustine, Florida in 2018, Mayday is built on handcrafted ice cream, creative flavors, and genuine hospitality. We take the best ingredients, churn them into something special, and serve them with warmth, energy, and a little bit of fun.

We’re looking for a charismatic leader to run our Gainesville location, someone who loves people, builds strong teams, and takes pride in creating an incredible guest experience.

This isn’t just a management job, it’s an opportunity to lead a team, shape store culture, and create a place people love to visit and work.

What You'll Do

As General Manager, you’ll be the leader of your store and the heart of the team.

You’ll:

Lead daily operations and keep the shop running smoothly
Create an environment where guests feel welcomed and excited to return
Hire, train, and develop an amazing Scoop Crew
Coach and support your team through regular check-ins and feedback
Build schedules, manage inventory, and maintain store organization
Analyze sales trends and help drive store performance
Maintain a clean, safe, and positive work environment
Work closely with our leadership team to grow the brand
Most importantly, you’ll set the tone for the culture of your store.
