About the Role:

As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to design and implement treatment plans for patients with various physical impairments.
You will provide one-on-one patient care, including exercises, stretches, and other therapeutic interventions to help patients achieve their goals.
You will assist patients in developing strength, flexibility, and range of motion to improve their overall function and mobility.
You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care and communication with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
You will maintain accurate and detailed records of patient treatment and progress.
You will participate in in-service education and training to stay current with industry developments and best practices.

Requirements:

Associate's degree or certificate in Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) from an accredited program
Current certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in the state of Texas
Ability to lift, pivot, and transfer patients as needed
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
