Modivcare Personal Care Service, is looking for an Intake Coordinator. In this role, you will help ensure new client referrals are processed quickly and accurately while supporting a positive experience for clients, caregivers, and referral partners.

Pay: $24.68–$26.50, depending on experience
Schedule: M-F 8:00AM-5:00PM EST
Office Address: Remote in MA

You will...

Answer and manage incoming referral leads through phone, email, and payor portals
Gather patient information, verify payer requirements, and obtain initial authorizations
Maintain accurate patient, authorization, and scheduling records in internal systems
Coordinate with Care Coordinators and branch teams to ensure smooth client and caregiver onboarding
Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources and respond promptly to requests
Ensure compliance with HIPAA, company policies, and applicable regulations
Support additional operational duties and projects as assigned
