About Reshape Rx

Reshape Rx is a compounding pharmacy specializing in longevity and wellness medications. We partner directly with medical practices, med spas, wellness clinics, and health organizations — not direct-to-patient — providing high-quality compounded therapies in one of the fastest-growing segments in healthcare.

The Opportunity

We're looking for a driven, entrepreneurial sales rep to build and own the New York territory. This is a B2B role: you'll be selling to physicians, nurse practitioners, clinic owners, and organizational decision-makers. All business is cash-based — no insurance billing, no reimbursement headaches, fast turnaround for your accounts.

What You'll Do

Prospect and close new accounts: medical practices, wellness clinics, med spas, and health organizations across New York, Florida, Utah, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, and various other states along the East Coast and through the Mid West
Educate providers on our compounded longevity medication offerings
Manage and grow your book of business — recurring orders mean recurring commission
Serve as the ongoing point of contact for your accounts

Compensation

25% commission on net sales — uncapped
Average rep earnings: $120K–$500K annually
Recurring revenue model: accounts reorder monthly, so your income compounds as your book grows
1099 independent contractor — set your own schedule, run your territory like your own business

Who You Are

Experienced in outside/B2B sales — medical, pharmaceutical, med spa, aesthetics, or wellness sales strongly preferred
Existing relationships with providers, clinics, or med spas a major plus
Self-starter comfortable with commission-only compensation and uncapped upside
Strong communicator who can speak credibly with physicians and clinic owners
Based in or near New York with ability to travel within the territory
