Full Job Description

We are looking for a Accounts Payable/Receivable Coordinator for our growing company located in North White Plains. The primary job will be working with Vendors and Customers to provide our customers with timely, accurate and knowledgeable information about our products as well as processing their orders.

Other responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Process customer orders accurately and quickly via our computer system
Track and pay vendors orders

Track and collect customer receivables

Process and resolve marketing inquiries in a timely fashion
Create Weekly and Monthly report and reconciliation

Successful candidates will have the following skills:

A professional and positive attitude
Computer Savvy person is required
MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
CRM (Act) • Experience in promotional products industry a plus, but not required
QuickBooks experience a plus, but not required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
The ability to handle difficult personalities and upset clients in a calm and courteous manner
Organization and time management skills are very important
Strong ability to multi-task as well as work independently or in a team environment
Being proactive and reliable

Must have reliable transportation to North White Plains area**

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
