About Us

Good Health Psychiatric Services is a growing outpatient mental health practice committed to delivering compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care. We specialize in innovative treatments for treatment-resistant depression and other mood disorders, including Spravato® (esketamine) and Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS).

Our mission is to improve the lives of our patients by providing cutting-edge treatments in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and collaborative Psychiatrist (MD/DO) to join our team on a part-time basis. This physician will provide medical oversight for our Spravato and TMS programs while working closely with our psychiatric providers and clinical team.

The ideal candidate is currently credentialed and in-network with major commercial insurance plans and Medicare/Medicaid, allowing for immediate participation in patient care and insurance-supported treatment services.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct psychiatric evaluations and determine patient eligibility for Spravato and TMS treatment.
Provide physician supervision and medical oversight for Spravato and TMS services.
Collaborate with psychiatric nurse practitioners and clinical staff to develop individualized treatment plans.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment recommendations as clinically indicated.
Complete accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).
Support insurance authorizations and ensure compliance with payer requirements.
Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and clinical regulations.

Qualifications

MD from an accredited medical school.
Active New York State medical license.
Active DEA registration.
Board Certified in Psychiatry.
Currently credentialed and in-network with major commercial insurance plans and Medicare/Medicaid.
Experience with Spravato and/or TMS is strongly preferred.
Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and collaborative skills.

Schedule & Compensation

Part-time position (1–2 days per week).
In-office presence required.
Flexible scheduling.
Competitive compensation: $175–$200 per hour, based on experience and insurance credentialing.
