Part time or full time available. Monday through Friday. Weekend optional .

We are seeking a Medical Receptionist / Front Desk Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for our patients. This position combines front desk responsibilities with general office support to help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient medical practice.

The ideal candidate is professional, compassionate, highly organized, and enjoys working with patients from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Responsibilities

Welcome patients and provide excellent customer service.
Answer incoming phone calls and schedule appointments.
Verify insurance eligibility and collect copays.
Check patients in and out efficiently.
Scan and upload medical records and documents into the EMR.
Prepare and sanitize exam rooms between patients following office protocols.
Restock exam rooms and office supplies.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Assist patients with forms and paperwork.
Translate for patients when needed.
Assist physicians and staff with general office duties.
Perform other administrative and office support tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

Previous medical receptionist or healthcare office experience preferred. But we are willing to Train.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Comfortable using computers and electronic medical records (EMR experience preferred).
Reliable, punctual, and professional.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Language Requirements

English: Required
Spanish: ideal
Bengali: ideal

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
