Smile Potential is a New York-based dental practice coaching company with 18 years in the field, 325+ practices coached, and more than half a billion dollars in client revenue growth. Our boots-on-the-ground approach means our coaches work side-by-side with dental teams across New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut, and we are growing.

We are seeking experienced dental professionals who are ready to use their skills in a new, meaningful way.

What You’ll Do

As a Smile Potential Coach, you will:

Visit dental practices throughout your region
Observe systems, workflows, and team dynamics
Identify opportunities for growth and improvement
Provide hands-on coaching and implementation support
Help teams create lasting operational and cultural change
Coach within your area of expertise, including:

- Clinical assisting

- Hygiene

- Front office/administration

- Team communication and systems

You’ll be supported by a collaborative coaching team, proven systems, proprietary tools, and comprehensive training.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of dental experience as an:

- RDH

- Office Manager

- Dental Administrator

- RDA/Clinical Team Member

Experienced dental coaches and consultants are strongly encouraged to apply
Must live in New York, New Jersey, or Connecticut
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within a 200-mile radius
Ability to travel overnight occasionally for client work or events
Strong communication and leadership skills
Passion for teaching, mentoring, and developing teams
Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently within practices
