Responsibilities:

Positive and serving attitude with a warm personality
Use our CORE 4 model to serve drive thru guests: eye contact, smile, speak enthusiastically, stay connected
Greeting and serving guests with enthusiasm, courtesy, and hospitality
Operating the register or iPad at the drive thru
Taking orders with speed and accuracy at the drive thru
Learn all positions, including headset and order-taking, monitor or bagging, and window
Checking for product quality and consistency
Assist in executing opening or closing procedures
Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items
Takes initiative during non-peak hours to complete side duties
Troubleshoots minor guest issues
Maintains a clean and pleasant environment

Required Skills:

Desire to serve the guests and other team members.
A Positive attitude.
Ability to be honest with yourself and with others.
Honors and encourages others to follow the visions and values of the restaurant
Ability to handle multiple tasks at once while working at a quick, efficient, and thorough pace
Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position, which includes, but is not limited to, standing for 8 hours and lifting up to 40 pounds.
