Full Job Description

Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Core Business Development Representative (inside sales) to join our sales team. In this role, you will be the front line of our growth strategy, engaging with potential clients through outbound calling and consultative selling techniques. Your energetic approach will help identify new business opportunities, nurture relationships, and drive revenue growth. This position offers an exciting chance to develop your sales skills within a fast-paced, technology-driven environment in the labeling and packaging market. You will leverage CRM software and sales automation tools to streamline your outreach efforts and maximize deal closing potential.

Responsibilities

Operate: with PACE, URGENCY AND BUILD MOMENTUM!
Sales and Revenue Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and quotas.
Customer Engagement: Proactively reach out to potential and existing customers via phone, email, social media and other communication channels to generate sales and build relationships.
Sales Process Management: Follow the Lauterbach Group Sales Process Training Guide. Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for customers. Employ a value-added approach to client engagement.
Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services to effectively communicate features, benefits, and value propositions to customers.
CRM Management: Accurately enter and update customer information in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring all interactions are documented. Must actively use Outlook and TEAMS with accurate daily activities.
Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up communications with customers to ensure satisfaction, address any concerns, and identify opportunities for additional sales.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies and share customer feedback.
Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports to management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.
Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

Qualifications

Education And/Or Experience – Requires:

Bachelor’s degree from a two or four-year college or university.
3-5 years’ proven client sales/contact experience in a similar/related industry preferred.
Or a combination of equivalent professional business education, training, and/or experience.

Language Skills – Requires:

Ability to read and comprehend basic standards, instructions, procedures, and internal communication media.
Accurately and legibly complete documents, emails, memos and reports as required.
Communicate effectively in one‑on‑one and small-group situations with other employees in the organization.
Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients confidently over the phone
Experience using sales automation tools and CRM systems to optimize outreach efforts.
