If so, The Pfister Hotel is looking for an individual to be a part of our team and continue its iconic legacy.

Built in 1893, The Pfister Hotel in Milwaukee has been a hotel icon for over 130 years. As one of the best hotels in Milwaukee and the Midwest, we continue to celebrate a grand tradition of gracious service and impeccable style. The Pfister Hotel has received AAA Four Diamond hotel status for over 50 consecutive years.

What you will be doing

Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, desserts, breads, cakes, cookies, and specialty items.

Follow standardized recipes and hotel presentation standards.

Assist with banquet, restaurant, room service, and catering dessert production.

Ensure all pastries and desserts meet hotel quality, taste, and appearance expectations.

Maintain consistency across all outlets and events.

Position Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Culinary or Pastry Arts degree/certificate preferred.

Minimum 2 years of pastry, baking, or culinary experience required.

Previous hotel, resort, banquet, fine dining, or high-volume food service experience preferred.
