MDS Coordinator (RN) – Senior Living

$75,000–$99,000/year | Full-Time Days

A well-established senior living organization is seeking an experienced MDS Coordinator (RN) to join its clinical leadership team. Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and oversee the interdisciplinary MDS assessment and care planning process
Ensure timely and accurate completion, submission, and documentation of MDS assessments
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and Medicare regulations
Collaborate with nursing staff and interdisciplinary team members to support quality resident outcomes
Monitor assessment schedules and respond to changes in resident condition
Ensure documentation accuracy and support appropriate reimbursement practices

Qualifications

Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license required
Minimum of one year of recent MDS experience
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Effective communication and teamwork abilities
Commitment to providing exceptional resident care
