The Polished Chef is seeking an experienced and detail-driven Private Chef to join our team. We specialize in high-end, in-home dining experiences, and we’re looking for someone who takes pride in their craft, leads with a positive attitude, and is committed to excellence in every dish.

Key Responsibilities:
- Shop for all groceries required for each event (costs are fully reimbursed).
- Set up and organize all kitchen tools, ingredients, and cooking stations in advance.
- Prepare and execute all menu items from scratch on-site with consistency and excellence.
- Set the dining table to align with The Polished Chef's refined service standards.
- Serve each course to guests with professionalism and attentiveness.
- Maintain precise timing to ensure a seamless and enjoyable flow of service.
- Adapt dishes as needed for dietary preferences or guest modifications.
- Leave the kitchen and dining area thoroughly cleaned and reset post-service.
Skills:
- Proven experience as a Private Chef with a track record of culinary excellence.
- Proficiency with various kitchen equipment and cooking techniques.
- Exceptional ability to maintain composure and efficiency under pressure.
- Excellent time management skills with an aptitude for multi-tasking.
- High standards for cleanliness, organization, and food safety.
