Gray's Bespoke Jewelry is a growing, family-owned fine jewelry store in the heart of Saint James. We specialize in custom design, bridal jewelry, jewelry repair, and thoughtfully curated collections. Our clients trust us to help celebrate life's most meaningful milestones—from engagements and anniversaries to birthdays and family heirlooms—and have rewarded us with a reputation for delivering a true 5-star luxury experience.
We are seeking a highly Professional who thrives in a luxury environment and is ready to elevate both the client experience and their earning potential.
This is not a transactional sales role. This is an opportunity to become a trusted advisor for some of life's most meaningful purchases.
What You'll Do
- Deliver a warm, welcoming luxury shopping experience for every client
- Guide clients through engagement ring, wedding band, custom design, jewelry repair, and fine jewelry purchases
- Build and maintain a strong clientele book through relationship-building, outreach, and personalized follow-up
- Consistently meet and exceed sales goals through proactive selling and client development
- Process transactions and maintain accurate customer records
- Assist with merchandising, showroom presentation, and daily operations
- Support opening and closing procedures while maintaining showroom excellence
