Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled GTM (Go-To-Market) Engineer to drive the success of our digital marketing initiatives and demand generation strategies. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in marketing automation, data analytics, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize lead generation efforts, enhance campaign performance, and support product market segmentation. Your technical proficiency in marketing tools and platforms will be instrumental in executing multichannel marketing campaigns that accelerate growth and maximize ROI. Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and optimize multichannel marketing campaigns across email, web, and social platforms using tools like Marketo, Eloqua, HubSpot, Pardot, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Manage email marketing campaigns from setup to execution, including segmentation, automation, personalization, and performance tracking.
Utilize data analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SQL, and other data analysis platforms to monitor digital marketing performance, generate insights, and refine strategies for better results.
Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with product market segmentation and demand generation goals.
Implement and maintain marketing automation tools to streamline lead nurturing workflows and improve lead scoring accuracy.
Conduct web analytics reporting to evaluate campaign effectiveness, attribution modeling, and overall digital marketing impact.
Support the integration of CRM systems like Salesforce to ensure seamless data flow between marketing activities and sales pipelines.

Qualifications

Demonstrated ability in managing email campaign management and email automation processes.
Proficiency with data analytics tools including Google Analytics, SQL for data extraction and analysis.
Knowledge of digital marketing performance monitoring techniques and web analytics reporting practices.
Experience in demand generation marketing within a B2B environment is highly desirable.
Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills to work effectively across teams including sales, product management, and operations.
Strong understanding of lead segmentation strategies and product market segmentation principles.
