Full Job Description

Overview:

We are seeking an Installer to join our team; experience not necessary as we will train the right candidate. As an Installer, you will be responsible for the delivery and installation of appliances. You will work in the field, utilizing your technical skills and knowledge to ensure that all installations meet our high standards. This is a position that requires attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

- Assemble and install appliances according to manufacturer specifications and company policies.
- Inspect and test all equipment to ensure it is functioning properly and safely.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including answering questions, addressing concerns, and ensuring that customers are satisfied with the work performed.
- Operate a box truck and other company vehicles to transport equipment to and from job sites.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
- Keep accurate records of all work performed, including installation documentation.
- Work independently, as well as part of a team, and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
- Self-motivating.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and move some heavy equipment.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods.
- Ability to work in a variety of weather conditions, including varying temperatures and precipitation.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
