Are you a skilled CNC machinist looking for a challenging and rewarding career opportunity? Look no further than Dakota Automation in Watertown, SD. We are currently seeking full-time, flexible day shift, experienced CNC machinists to join our growing team.

Job Responsibilities:

Set up and and program late model CNC Machine Tools using CAD/CAM Software
Read and interpret blueprints
Use precision measuring equipment
Maintain a clean and organized work area

Job Requirements:

1 year of experience as a CNC machinist
Proficiency in programming and operating CNC machines
Strong attention to detail and quality control
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent problem-solving skills
CAD/CAM Software experience is a plus

Dakota Automation Benefits:

Pay range: $24 - $30+ per hour DOE

$5,000 sign on bonus

9 Paid holidays each year

PTO Years of service:

0 years, 40 hours after 90 days, additional 64 hours after 6 months
1-4 years 104 hours annually
5-9 years 144 hours annually
10 years 184 hours annually
15 years 208 hours annually
20 years 232 hours annually
25+ years 256 hours annually
