Duties

Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and courteously
Handle incoming correspondence, emails, and inquiries promptly and efficiently
Maintain organized reception area, ensuring it is clean, welcoming, and well-stocked
Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings using productivity software
Perform data entry tasks with precision using spreadsheets and word processing tools
Support office management activities such as filing, photocopying, proofreading documents, and updating records
Assist with client communication and customer support to ensure high satisfaction levels

Skills

Proven experience in office management or administrative support roles with strong clerical skills
Excellent computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with spreadsheets and data entry software
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills for professional interactions via phone and in person
Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively
