Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and coordinate complex infrastructure projects within the construction industry. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee all phases of project execution, from initial planning through completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive construction experience, and proficiency with industry-standard project management tools. Responsibilities

Lead the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget parameters.
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or equivalent project scheduling software to track progress and identify potential delays.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and project alignment.
Oversee construction site activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards.
Manage project budgets by monitoring costs, preparing estimates, and controlling expenditures using construction management software and cost management tools.
Review construction plans, blueprints, and specifications to verify accuracy and facilitate effective project execution.
Lead project meetings, prepare progress reports, and communicate updates clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
Ensure all construction activities adhere to regulatory compliance standards and contractual obligations.
Utilize tools such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Civil 3D, HeavyBid, Microsoft Office Suite, and other construction management software for documentation and project tracking.
Manage teams on-site and off-site by assigning tasks effectively while fostering a collaborative team environment focused on safety and quality excellence.

Experience

Proven experience managing large-scale infrastructure or commercial construction projects from inception through completion.
Extensive knowledge of construction scheduling techniques with proficiency in Primavera P6 or similar project scheduling software.
Strong background in construction estimating, cost management, and budget control practices.
Hands-on experience with construction site operations including safety protocols, regulatory compliance, blueprint reading, and contract administration.
Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Familiarity with civil engineering software such as Civil 3D is preferred for coordinating design elements with field operations.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively across multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong understanding of construction regulations governing local jurisdictions along with environmental standards applicable to infrastructure development.
