Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team! In this vital role, you will be the friendly voice and helpful face for our customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring their needs are met with enthusiasm and professionalism. Duties

Engage with customers via phone, email, and live chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product or service information.
Assist customers with sales processes, including explaining features, upselling relevant products or services, and guiding them through purchase procedures.
Handle outbound calling campaigns to follow up on customer inquiries, gather feedback, or promote new offerings.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using Microsoft Office tools and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
Perform data entry tasks efficiently to update customer profiles, order details, and support documentation.
Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette by actively listening, speaking clearly, and maintaining a friendly tone throughout all interactions.
Support clients by providing personalized solutions tailored to their needs while ensuring a positive experience.
Manage cash handling responsibilities when applicable, processing payments accurately and securely.
Analyze customer feedback and interaction data to identify trends and suggest improvements for service delivery.
Collaborate with team members to meet call center performance goals and enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Fluency in English is essential; bilingual abilities in other languages are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases.
Prior experience in call center environments or customer support roles is preferred but not mandatory; we welcome motivated newcomers eager to learn!
Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally across various channels.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook; familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
Excellent computer skills including typing speed and accuracy for efficient data entry.
Demonstrated knowledge of sales techniques and customer service best practices.
Ability to handle outbound calling campaigns confidently while maintaining a positive attitude.
Experience with cash handling procedures when applicable; attention to detail is crucial.
Strong analysis skills for interpreting customer data and feedback effectively.
Call center experience or previous client service roles will be advantageous but are not required—training will be provided!
