Full Job Description

Atlas Staffing of Elk River is currently hiring a Recruiter to add to our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, building relationships, and helping connect people with employment opportunities.

As a Recruiter, you'll partner with employer clients to attract, screen, and onboard candidates to meet their hiring needs. Our Recruiters support clients, applicants, and employees throughout the hiring process by providing strong communication, follow-up, and personalized service. The Recruiter role requires a commitment to high-volume outbound calls, interviewing candidates, and administrative tasks. Strong people skills, organizational skills, and a customer-focused approach are key to success.

Previous staffing or recruiting experience is not required. This is an entry-level Recruiter opportunity with room for growth and advancement within the company. Successful candidates typically possess the following skills:

· Self-driven and goal-oriented

· Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Experience with database management and Microsoft Office programs

Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday, with overtime as needed

Pay: Starting at $21.00 per hour, plus bonus opportunities following the probationary period
