Job Description:

As a Home Organizer Assistant, you will work closely with our lead organizers to design and implement customized organization systems for clients’ homes. You’ll play a key role in decluttering, organizing, and creating efficient systems that meet each client’s unique needs. This role requires a high level of professionalism, efficiency, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in assessing clients’ spaces and needs to develop tailored organization plans.
Create and implement efficient, sustainable organization systems for various areas (e.g., closets, kitchens, garages, home offices).
Sort, categorize, and declutter items with sensitivity to clients’ preferences and needs.
Maintain a professional and neat appearance, reflecting the company’s high standards.
Work quickly and efficiently to meet project deadlines while ensuring exceptional quality.
Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless client experience.
Maintain confidentiality and respect for clients’ personal spaces and belongings.

Qualifications:

Passion for Organization: A genuine enthusiasm for creating order and improving spaces.
Experience: Prior experience in professional home organizing, interior design, or a related field required.
Strong ability to design and implement effective organization systems.
Excellent time management and ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality.
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a neat, professional appearance.
Work Ethic: Hardworking, reliable, and able to handle physically demanding tasks (e.g., lifting, moving items, standing for extended periods).
Professionalism: Polished demeanor, excellent communication skills, and a client-focused attitude.
Flexibility: Ability to adapt to varying client needs and schedules.
Valid driver’s license for background check.
