Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and operationally focused Human Resources & Recruiting Manager to oversee full-cycle recruitment and core HR operations across both clinical and non-clinical departments.

This role will be heavily focused on recruitment and staffing operations, while also supporting employee onboarding, performance management processes, employee relations, benefits administration, and policy implementation. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment, and capable of balancing high-volume recruitment with day-to-day HR responsibilities.

Approximately 40% of the role will focus on recruitment activities across departments including Chronic Care Management, Triage, Nurse Practitioners, Customer Service, and operational support functions.

Responsibilities

Recruitment & Staffing (40%)

· Manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical and operational positions

· Source, screen, schedule, and coordinate interviews for candidates

· Partner with department leaders regarding hiring needs and staffing priorities

· Maintain recruitment workflows, candidate communication, and hiring timelines

· Assist with onboarding logistics and pre-employment processes

· Monitor hiring trends, staffing gaps, and recruitment pipeline activity

Performance Management & Employee Relations (20%)

· Administer and maintain the company’s performance management platform, including PerformYard

· Coordinate performance review cycles, acknowledgements, evaluations, and tracking

· Partner with managers regarding employee coaching, corrective action, and performance documentation

· Support employee relations matters as needed, including workplace concerns, performance discussions, and policy guidance

· Maintain accurate employee records and performance-related documentation

· Support employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and follow-up action items

Onboarding & Employee Experience (15%)

· Coordinate onboarding processes for newly hired employees across departments

· Prepare welcome materials, onboarding schedules, and new hire communications

· Ensure completion of mandatory onboarding documentation and compliance requirements based on role type

· Coordinate system access, trainings, policy acknowledgements, and department introductions

· Support a positive and organized onboarding experience for all new hires

Policies, Compliance & HR Operations (15%)

· Assist with maintaining employee handbooks, HR policies, and operational procedures

· Ensure HR documentation and employee records remain accurate, compliant, and up to date

· Track policy acknowledgements and required employee documentation

Benefits Administration (10%)

· Assist employees with benefit enrollment and general benefits questions

· Coordinate onboarding and qualifying life event changes with vendors

· Support medical, dental, vision, and retirement benefit administration

· Support 401K administration

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required

· 3+ years of experience in Human Resources, Recruiting, or HR Operations

· Experience with high-volume recruitment strongly preferred

· Experience supporting healthcare or operational environments preferred

· Knowledge of onboarding, employee relations, and HR best practices

· Strong organizational and communication skills

· Ability to manage multiple priorities and shifting operational needs

· Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information

Work Environment

Office-based healthcare environment with prolonged computer and phone use. Position may require occasional after-hours communication related to recruitment, onboarding, or operational support.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
