We're looking for someone who can make a client’s marketing manager feel heard and our development team confident they understand a project.

We're DBS Interactive, a digital agency of equally energetic strategists, developers, designers, and content producers who live and breathe digital. We build websites, apps, and marketing campaigns that move the needle for our manufacturing, healthcare, insurance, and financial clients.

What You'll Actually Do

This is primarily an account growth role; you'll manage and expand relationships with new and existing clients.

As our Account Executive, you'll be the bridge between our clients and our creative teams.

Think of yourself as part translator, part strategist, part problem-solver. You'll take complex tech concepts and make them crystal clear for clients while ensuring our team understands exactly what clients need to succeed.

Your day-to-day

Own relationships with multiple clients (you'll become their trusted go-to person)
Translate between technical teams and non-technical clients
Spot growth opportunities that help clients reach their business goals
Keep projects moving smoothly with our Project Management team
Collaborate across Marketing, Development, Design, and Production teams

What We're Looking For

The essentials

You can juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball
Strong written and verbal communication in instant messaging, email, and face-to-face interactions
Detail-oriented but also see the big picture
Bachelor's degree or equivalent real-world experience

Day-to-day specifics

Lead weekly client calls and quarterly business reviews
Manage several active client accounts across our core industries
Contribute to proposals and upsell opportunities within existing accounts
Collaborating with Project Management to ensure projects get done on schedule and within budget.

Bonus points

Basic understanding of web technologies and general business objectives (or excited to learn)
Experience in client services or account management
An eye for good design
An understanding of good copy and content
