Full Job Description

Full Time CDL Driver

We are growing, and we’re looking for All Stars who possess a (minimum Class B) CDL License. This is someone who takes pride in leading a team, working hard, and keeping our streets clean. If you're built for hustle—not excuses—keep reading.

About the Job

High-Energy individual with passion and drive.
Lead your route—this isn't just a driving job. You'll also be collecting the trash, communicating with customers and grow your route.
*****If you're not able to get in and out of the truck multiple times per day, please stop here, this isn't a position for you.******
Perform detailed pre-trip and post-trip inspections every day with photo documentation included.
Follow digital routing systems efficiently. Prior experience required.
Work independently and run solo with minimal supervision.
Ability to be coachable, not confrontational.

Florida CDL Driver with DOT Medical Card
Listed as a safe driver (no recent accidents/tickets)
Experienced with digital routing software
Able and willing to complete safety driving courses
You have a healthy lifestyle - eat well, exercise, positive attitude
No marijuana medical card or drug use. This is a safety-sensitive position.
Physically fit—this is an active job, not a sit-all-day role.

A natural leader who motivates the team and keeps things running smoothly.
Quick thinker, problem solver, not afraid of hard work.

Pay & Benefits

Fulltime: Base Salary + Performance and Safety Bonuses
PTO, Full Insurance, and 401(k) available

Schedule: Day Starts promptly at 5:00 AM
