Parts Support Representative

Rocky Mountains Distributing (RMD)

Englewood, CO | Full-Time | In-Office

The Role

This is not a sit-back-and-wait kind of job. As our Parts Support Representative, you’ll be in the middle of the action every day - filling orders, fielding calls, coordinating shipments, and making sure our customers and technicians have exactly what they need, when they need it. You’ll work closely with our Parts Coordinator and Logistics & Procurement Manager to keep the parts operation running at full speed.

Experience in parts or logistics is great. But we’re honest enough to tell you that the right attitude will take you further here than a perfect resume.

What You’ll Do

· Answer incoming calls, emails, and counter inquiries from customers, technicians, and internal team members - promptly and professionally, every time

· Fill, pack, box, and ship parts orders accurately and on time

· Enter orders and receiving transactions into our systems with care and precision

· Receive and record incoming vendor shipments into inventory

· Support the Parts Coordinator and Logistics & Procurement Manager with day-to-day operational needs -you’re here to make the whole team better

· Assist service technicians with parts needs and vehicle stock requests

· Help maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and organized, disciplined housekeeping

· Generate invoices and assist with basic billing coordination

· Keep the parts counter, warehouse, and shipping areas clean, organized, and ready to go

· Grow your knowledge of RMD’s equipment lines, parts catalog, and software, we’ll invest in your development if you invest in the work

What We’re Looking For

We’re not checking boxes here, we’re looking for someone who shows up ready to work, takes ownership, and genuinely cares about doing things right. Here’s what matters to us:

· A strong work ethic and a Plus-1 attitude, you do what’s asked and then look for what else needs doing

· Clear, professional communication - on the phone, in writing, and in person

· Organized and detail-oriented; you don’t let things slip through the cracks

· Comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment

· Basic computer skills; comfortable with email, data entry, and picking up new software quickly

· Smartphone and tablet literate (Apple, Windows, and Android)

· Able to stand, move, and lift up to 50 lbs. regularly, this is a physical role

· Prior experience in parts, shipping, warehousing, or customer service is a plus, but we’ll train the right person

· Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

· Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen

· Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record

· High school diploma or equivalent required
