TPH Company, an agent office for KLLM Transport Services, is currently seeking to expand our team by adding an entry level position with growth opportunities.

Job Qualifications:

· Must have experience as a Dispatcher and understand the processes involved with trucking dispatch.

·Must have the ability to work in a fast paced environment.

· Must have a high level of self-motivation, organization skills, sense of personal responsibility, and determination.

· Computer skills: Competent Email, Microsoft Software (Excel, Word), Internet data searching.

· Must prove to be highly detail-oriented, positive, thoughtful, persistent, and punctual.

· Must have teamwork attitude, and the ability to work in a strong team atmosphere.

· Must have oral and written communication skills: speaking clearly and persuasively in both positive and negative situations.

· Must have adaptability to deal with a rapidly changing environment.

· Must have ability to deal with multiple tasks.

Job Description:

The Carrier Manager/Dispatcher will be responsible for supporting the transportation brokerage services by maintaining relationships with existing and potential carriers, as well as the identifying and soliciting of new carriers to help grow our current business. Our Carrier Managers will assist in maintaining customer service for designated accounts, providing and negotiating freight rates to carriers, performing general administrative duties: data entry of daily load information, communicating with carriers track and trace functions, and maintaining documentation. The Carrier Manager/Dispatcher will be on the front lines of executing daily operations for customer's shipments. You will build and schedule shipments in a timely manner and track the shipment until completion. You must be proficient at following through on all task assignments.
