Looking to Gain Real-World Accounting Experience While in College?

US Frame Factory is looking for a Part-Time Accounting Intern to join our team in Broussard!

If you're currently studying Accounting, Finance, or a related field and want the opportunity to put what you're learning in the classroom into practice, this could be a great opportunity to build your experience and strengthen your resume.

You don't need to know everything on day one. We're looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working with numbers, and eager to learn. The position will give you hands-on exposure to everyday accounting processes within a growing company.

What You'll Get Experience With

Account and payment reconciliations
Tracking financial activity through Shopify
Accounts payable and invoice processing
Maintaining job and financial tracking information
Assisting with use tax
Supporting month-end accounting activities
Organizing and maintaining financial records
Working alongside our team on day-to-day accounting and administrative tasks

These responsibilities are based on the accounting support, Shopify reconciliation, job tracking, A/P, and use-tax duties outlined in the position description.

What We're Looking For

Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Basic understanding of accounting principles
Comfortable using spreadsheets and technology
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Dependable and able to manage multiple tasks
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
QuickBooks experience is highly preferred and strongly encouraged

Don't have a ton of accounting experience yet? That's okay! This is an internship, and we're looking for someone who is ready to learn and gain hands-on experience.

Even Better If You Have

Previous accounting or bookkeeping experience, familiarity with QuickBooks, Shopify, accounts payable, or reconciliations is a plus—but don't let that stop you from applying if you're still building your experience.
