Full Job Description

Job Overview:
We are looking for a personable and skilled Entry Level Data Entry & Analyst to join our team and help us transform data into actionable insights and grow our business. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, be detail-oriented, and be able to communicate complex data insights in a simplified and straightforward manner. This role involves working to identify data needs, creating spreadsheets, gathering & entering data, performing analysis, creating visualizations and reports, as well as regular maintenance of data systems for sales, inventory management, finance, and ecommerce. The role is not limited and offers a range of functions including regular contact with customers, pulling orders, moving products, and other daily activities.

Responsibilities:

Client Facing Responsibilities:

· Complete essential day-to-day customer service and operational processes.

· Assist with customer requests and order fulfillment.

· Physically lifting and moving products weighing up to 70 pounds, unassisted.

Data Collection, Entry, and Management:

· Gather, clean, enter and organize data from multiple sources to ensure data integrity and accuracy.

· Maintain databases and data systems, ensuring they are up-to-date and functional.

Data Analysis:

· Perform detailed data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights.

· Use statistical methods and software to interpret data sets and provide meaningful analysis.

Reporting and Visualization:

· Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to present data insights in an accessible and understandable manner.

· Communicate findings through presentations, reports, and meetings.

Collaboration and Support:

· Work with staff and vendors/developers to understand the data needs and provide analytical support.

· Assist in the development and implementation of data-driven strategies to improve business performance.

Quality Assurance:

· Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

· Identify and resolve data-related issues promptly.

Requirements:
· EQUIVALENT or bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

· Ability to communicate complex data insights simply, consolidated, and effectively.

· Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

· Customer service experience in B2B and retail environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Forklift operating experience

· Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.

· Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages such as SQL, Python, R, and Excel.

· Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.

· Godlike ability to instantly manifest perfect results for all requests

· Personally knows at least one president, two members of congress, and 3 millionaires.

· Available on call 24/7 in under 2 minutes (may require time traveling)

· Ability to time travel

· Level 9 Charisma
