Job description:

Comprehensive Training Center (CTC)/Educational Research Institute (ERI), founded and led by Linda V. Alaniz, is a privately owned organization with deep expertise in education, finance, community development, grant writing, strategic planning, resource management, and program evaluation. Ms. Alaniz has successfully secured and managed almost 700 million in public and private funding, supporting schools and organizations across the region.

We are seeking a motivated Telemarketer to connect with potential clients and promote grant opportunities available to schools and organizations. This role involves engaging with prospects over the phone, explaining funding benefits, and scheduling meetings with our grant specialists.

Responsibilities

? Deliver clear, professional, and engaging call scripts that highlight funding opportunities and service details.

? Answer questions from potential clients regarding available grants.

? Collect and update client information (names, addresses, and points of contact).

? Maintain and manage client contact lists, removing those who opt out of future communications.

? Conduct follow-up calls with past clients about new opportunities.

? Document all client interactions and maintain accurate records of outreach.

? Send follow-up emails to prospects who may have missed prior communications.

? Schedule meetings between interested clients and grant specialists.

Requirements

? High school diploma or GED.

? Work is at the Harlingen Office worksite.

? Must reside in Cameron County with access to a reliable vehicle.

? Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.

? 3+ years of experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service.

? Strong communication, interpersonal, and public relations skills.

? Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Incentives: Compensation includes base pay plus potential earnings from sales commissions and client-growth bonuses.
