Provenir Healthcare is partnering with a nationally recognized healthcare organization to recruit Board-Certified Internal Medicine and Family Medicine Physicians for established outpatient primary care practices throughout the Rio Grande Valley.

This organization is dedicated to providing exceptional care to the senior population through a value-based care model that emphasizes prevention, improved health outcomes, and personalized patient care. Physicians enjoy a collaborative, team-oriented environment where they have the time and support to build meaningful, long-term relationships with their patients while delivering high-quality, comprehensive care.

Brownsville, TX
Harlingen, TX

This position offers:

Competitive Base Compensation+Bonus
100% Outpatient schedule
Monday - Friday 8a-5p
13-15 pts per day avg

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Providing adult primary care focusing on the Senior/Medicare Advantage patient
Comfortable with a small panel size and building relationships with your patients
Able to work with a Team who focus on Value Based Care

QUALIFICATIONS:

Active state medical license-MD or DO
Board certified/eligible Internal or Family Medicine
Value-based care experience preferred
