· Provide responsible guidance and care to individuals in need of respite on a short-term basis.
· Monitor individuals, recording progress, and maintaining the Respite environment.
· Coordinate services and progress reports with Service Coordinators.
· Requires direct in person support with individuals in mental health crisis.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Duties may vary based on specific program and position, and may include but are not limited to the following:
The Autism Tech will work under direct supervision of the Autism Program Manager. The Autism Tech duties include but is not limited to the following:
· Implementing individualized treatment programs
· Collecting and summarizing data related to the child’s progress
· Performing pre/post treatment sessions activities
· Conducting preference assessments
· Participating in training and staff development activities
· Ensuring the child’s safety and care
· Modeling correct behavioral and skill training interventions for parents
· Maintaining and creating training materials
· Providing feedback on child’s progress to Behavior Analysts
· Communicating daily session information to the child’s caretaker
· Performing other duties consistent with this job title that are in direct support of the program
· The work environment is such as to require sitting, walking, lifting, bending, and the full range of physical and mental activities normally associated with care giving.

· Process general journal entries, payments, cash, purchase, travel, and related vouchers
· Must have ability to interpret and apply accounting theory; laws and regulations
· Work accurately with numerical detail along with effective communication
