Full Job Description

Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Receptinist/Administrative Assistant to join our construction business. This position serves as the first point of contact for clients, vendors, and visitors while providing administrative support to ensure the office operates efficiently. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Please send resumes to [email protected].

Responsibilities

Greet and assist clients, vendors, and visitors professionally.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls accurately.
Maintain filing systems and organize company documents.
Prepare correspondence, reports and other administrative documents.
Support project managers with administrative tasks as needed.
Support office management tasks including picking up incoming mail, ordering supplies, and ensuring the office environment is tidy and efficient.
Use computer skills to prepare documents, proofread correspondence, and perform clerical duties with high accuracy.
Process company insurance and claims
Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
A complete list provided upon employment.

Requirements

Proven office experience or administrative background with strong organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with spreadsheets and data entry.
Construction industry experience is a plus
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
The ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Pay: $16.25 - $16.50 per hour
