Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Data Entry and Customer Service Specialist, where your attention to detail and technical proficiency will drive operational excellence. In this role, you will be the backbone of our data management processes, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality while providing exceptional support to our customers. Your proactive approach and organizational skills will help streamline workflows, enhance data integrity, and deliver outstanding service experiences.

Responsibilities

Accurately input, update, and maintain data within various database systems and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software.
Manage data entry tasks using Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel spreadsheets, ensuring precision in data collection and analysis.
Utilize 10-key typing skills for efficient data entry and transcription tasks, maintaining high productivity levels.
Handle confidential information with integrity, adhering to privacy policies and security protocols.
Support customer service functions by responding to inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and providing clear communication via phone or email.
Organize and file physical and electronic documents systematically to facilitate quick retrieval and compliance with record-keeping standards.
Assist with order entry processes, verifying details through basic math calculations and ensuring accuracy across all transactions.

Skills

Proficiency in working with databases, ERP systems, and productivity software such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and other Office applications.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
Experience with Excel data analysis techniques including pivot tables and creating reports for better decision-making insights.
Excellent typing skills (including 10-key), transcription abilities, and familiarity with office equipment for clerical tasks like filing and document processing.
Sound understanding of basic math principles necessary for order processing and data verification.
Ability to handle sensitive information responsibly while maintaining confidentiality at all times.
Demonstrated experience in administrative or clerical roles involving data collection, office support, or customer service functions.
