As a Shift Manager, you will help run the restaurant during your assigned shift, support crew members, solve problems, and help create a positive culture of care. This is a great opportunity for someone with leadership experience in restaurants, retail, customer service, or fast food who wants to grow with McDonald’s.

Job duties include:
Leading and managing a team during assigned shifts
Creating a positive, respectful, and fun work environment

Preferred experience:

No McDonald’s management experience is required. We will train the right person.
