Job Title: Sales & Operations Manager
Company: Pine Ridge Motors Inc.

About Us

Pine Ridge Motors Inc. is a Buy Here Pay Here (BHPH) dealership expanding into traditional retail auto sales. We are in a growth phase and have purchased land to build a new dealership next to the Saint Simon's Island causeway.

This is not a typical car lot or sales manager position. We are building a scalable operation focused on long-term success—for both the business and our customers. Our goal is to create a win-win environment where customers are treated fairly, employees are rewarded for performance, and the company continues to grow with integrity.

Position Overview

We are looking for a Sales & Operations Manager who can take ownership of day-to-day sales performance while helping build and refine our processes as we expand.

This role requires someone who is self-motivated, independent, and proactive—not someone who needs to be managed closely. Just as important, we’re looking for someone with strong moral character, values, and ethics who takes pride in doing business the right way.

You will be responsible for generating and closing deals, managing leads, handling customer issues, and supporting operations as we transition into a larger retail model.

Key Responsibilities

Manage incoming leads and actively pursue new sales opportunities
Structure and close deals across BHPH and retail financing
Work with banks, Credit Acceptance, Capital One, Westlake, etc.
Assist in developing and improving sales processes and workflows
Handle customer issues professionally and efficiently
Support daily dealership operations
Maintain accurate records using dealership software/CRM systems
Contribute to a team-oriented, open-office environment

What We’re Looking For

Experience in auto sales (BHPH and/or retail preferred)
Familiarity with bank financing, sub-prime lending, and deal structuring
Self-starter who does not need to be micromanaged
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer situations
High level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical decision-making
Comfortable using computers and dealership software systems
Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team
Positive attitude and ability to work well in a close, team-driven environment
We're not just looking for a sales manager, but a committed individual who will be walking with each customer from the beginning of showing a vehicle, getting the customer financed, to an ongoing relationship with the customer, always providing great customer service.
We are looking for an individual who can build rapport with both ownership, and our customer base to eventually run our new franchise-type dealership that is being built in the coming years.
