Coastal Computer Consulting LLC is looking for a skilled and motivated IT Support Technician to join our growing team in Brunswick, GA. We're a tight-knit, mission-driven team that takes pride in delivering exceptional IT support to our clients. We're growing with intention, and this hire is a key part of that.

The Role

We're looking for a sharp, self-motivated IT Support Technician who thrives on solving problems and genuinely enjoys helping people. You'll be the person clients count on and you'll take that seriously.

What doing this job well looks like:

Resolving 90%+ of client issues on first contact
Maintaining a 98%+ client satisfaction rating
Hitting monthly goals with integrity, not shortcuts
Supporting hardware and software across Windows and macOS environments
Working confidently in Google Workspace and Microsoft 365
Provide hands-on technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
Diagnose and troubleshoot desktop, laptop, and peripheral device problems
Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and business applications

What You Bring

4+ years of hands-on experience in IT support
Strong knowledge of operating systems, networks, and business software
Clear communication and solid documentation habits
A proactive, client-first attitude
Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 100 lbs

What We Offer

$45,000 – $55,000 per year

Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm, with a structured on-call rotation shared fairly across the tech team.
