Full Job Description

Job description Overview
CBB is seeking a dedicated and skilled Kitchen Suervisor to join our culinary team in a fast-paced kitchen environment. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, passion for food preparation and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of food safety and quality. Being open to working all stations of the restaurant is must.

Duties

Organize, track, and assign prep for other team members
Organize orders for all product including food, paper goods, chemicals, and services
Support the team on the line preparing food or exposing to ensure smooth operations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, adhering to food safety regulations.
Know your product and keep safety at the forefront when faced with guests with allergies.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service.
Actively prepping your station, keeping a head of the business levels, helping others do the same and always finding something to do to continue driving the restaurant in a positive direction.
Help train new kitchen staff on food handling procedures and cooking techniques for the overall success of the team and restaurant. .

Requirements

5 year+ experience as a cook on the grill in the food industry, preferably in high volume operations
must have reliable personal transportation to and from Saint Simons Island. Company transportation will not be available.
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques
Commitment to food safety regulations and best practices for food handling.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and especially all weekends
A passion for cooking and commitment to delivering high-quality meals.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
