About Us

Victory Storage Group is a locally owned self-storage company dedicated to providing clean, secure, and professionally managed storage facilities with exceptional customer service. We are looking for an energetic, dependable, and customer-focused Relief Storage Manager to support our facility operations and provide coverage when our Store Managers are away or when additional operational support is needed.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and customer-friendly property.

Position Summary

The Multi-Site Assistant Storage plays a key role in ensuring the smooth daily operation of our storage facilities. This position assists customers throughout the rental process, maintains property appearance, supports sales goals, and delivers outstanding customer service while ensuring company policies and procedures are followed.

Responsibilities

Manage the daily operations of assigned self-storage facilities.
Assist customers with storage rentals, move-ins, move-outs, payments, and account questions.
Meet or exceed sales goals through exceptional customer service and product knowledge.
Maintain a clean, safe, secure, and professional facility appearance.
Conduct daily property inspections and report maintenance concerns.
Perform opening and closing procedures.
Handle cash, credit card transactions, deposits, and daily balancing accurately.
Process rental agreements and maintain accurate customer records.
Monitor unit availability and occupancy.
Perform inventory control for retail merchandise and office supplies.
Handle tenant questions, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly.
Complete delinquency procedures in accordance with company policy.
Coordinate with vendors and maintenance personnel when necessary.
Assist at multiple locations as business needs require.
Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Previous customer service experience required.
Sales experience with a proven ability to meet or exceed goals.
Previous supervisory, assistant manager, retail management, or property management experience preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Strong attention to detail.
Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and web-based software.
Strong math skills for cash handling and balancing daily transactions.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Physical Requirements
Ability to walk the property and perform routine inspections.
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds occasionally.
Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Schedule

30+ hours per week
Monday through Saturday availability required
Working nearby facilities in Brunswick and St. Simons is required
Supportive team environment

Compensation & Benefits

$16.00–$19.00 per hour, based on experience

Paid holidays and PTO

Employment Requirements
