Who are we?

We are leading Maine owned cannabis company looking for an Office Administrative Manager to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our company’s senior-level managers. Executive Assistant’s responsibilities include managing calendars, internal communications, assisting in HR and Accounting tasks. This person will also be responsible for the upkeep of the offices cleanliness. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great time management skills and a self-starter. Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support to executive members.

Preferred Skills and Job Responsibilities:

Previous administrative or office support experience preferred
Basic knowledge of accounting and HR processes is a plus
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent in-person and written communication skills
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
Demonstrated proactivity, flexibility, adaptability, and multi-tasking
Ability to maintain confidentiality and ethical conduct
Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office or similar tools)
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
Organize and maintain the office filing system
Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
Excellent MS Office knowledge
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g. e-calendars and copy machines)
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Discretion and confidentiality
High School degree'
