Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in a vibrant dining environment. The ideal candidate will have 2 plus years serving experience and the food service industry and possess excellent guest service skills. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience for our guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently. You MUST be proficient in Toast POS. You MUST be available 6:30am-12:30PM including weekends. Sunday availability is mandatory.

Duties

Greet guests and present yourself in a friendly and professional manner.
Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings.
Take accurate orders using the Toast POS system and ensure timely delivery of food and drinks.
Handle cash transactions.
Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns promptly.
Adhere to food safety standards and hygiene practices at all times.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods.
Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.

Skills

Proficiency in using Toast POS is required.
Strong understanding of breakfast service and elevated guest services.
Experience with cash handling and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the food industry.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced nightclub or restaurant environment while maintaining professionalism.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage positively with guests and team members alike.
Previous experience in food service is a must.
